October 7, 1949 – January 11, 2023

The family of Annie Lievers (Claffey) is saddened to announce her passing on January 11, 2023, in Edmonton, AB, at the age of 73 years.

She will be remembered with love by her daughters Christi (Mike Potter) and Marie (Tyler Foster), grandchildren Nicholas, Brendan and Jason, her brother Bill, her sister Liz and numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends. She was predeceased by her first husband John Lievers and her second husband Erwin Claffey, her father Nicholas, her mother Mary, her brother David, and Uncle Willy.

She grew up on the family farm in Prince Albert, SK and always called it “The old stompin’ grounds!”

A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on April 30, 2023 at Edmonton Father’s House 10521 – 97 Street NW Edmonton, AB T5H 2L3

Memorial donations may be made to Edmonton Father’s House.

The family wishes to thank Pastor Debbie and the volunteers at Edmonton Father’s House, and the staff at the Royal Alexandra Hospital and the Lois Hole Hospital for Women for all their kind care and compassion.
