Bryan Pete Tonita

Bryan passed on the morning of December 31, 2023 at the Misericordia Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta with his wife and children at his bedside. The culprit was pneumonia, given a clear path by emphysema.

Bryan is survived by his wife, Lynne, his sons Cody and Colt (Taylor) and his grandchildren, Rogan and Laine. His grandbabies were his greatest joy. He spent his last Christmas doing what he loved best, playing with those children! They were his world, everyone else held second place. They made his heart happy enough to show you the kid that lived inside the man.

Bryan was predeceased by his middle son, Bradley, in 2017. His brothers, Bradley (Sheila), Boyd (Debbie) and Bruce are left with voids in their lives. He did nothing by half measures. His marriage, his work, his youth… more stories to come on that at his Celebration on May long weekend. Bryan wanted “dancing, drinking and story telling at his Life Party.” Sounds like our Bryan, doesn’t it?
