A sorry to hear of David’s passing. I’ll always remember the great times we had working midnight shifts together at Happy Ice in Edmonton. Davis was always happy, adventurous and a caring friend.

My husband James and I are very

passing! A great loss that came far too soon! We extend our deepest sympathy to the entire family. May dear David rest in peace and may you all be blessed with many warm and comforting memories!
My condolences to the family. I met David in 1986 at Happy Ice. We become good friends. I remember David as an intelligent man, a deep thinker with a big heart. We both studied Political Science at the U of A and had many great conversations about our studies. He once threw a big birthday party for me and brought a keg of beer, That is the kind of giving and gentle guy he was. I remember a white water canoe trip we took in the 80’s and he was a real trooper through all the challenges. We eventually moved on with our lives and only rarely spoke. A little over a week ago he came back into my thoughts. Maybe he was saying hi from the other side. My heart goes to the family as they mourn the loss of this beautiful soul.
