The family of Alice and Kenneth Monson are heartbroken to announce their deaths. Alice passed away suddenly on August 31. Ken passed away on December 7, after prolonged illnesses. They leave countless memories with their daughters Gayle Ness and Karen Sliwkanich (Terry), 14 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and Ken’s sister, Elaine Andersen, who share their grief with numerous other family and friends. Ken and Alice were predeceased by their son Vernon (Buddy, 1997) and daughter Roberta (Bobby, 2021), son-in-law Joe Douglas, Ken’s sisters Yvonne, Dolores and Nadine, Alice’s sister Bette and bother Alan, numerous cousins, aunties and uncles she lived and grew up with, and their good friends Chuck and Marilyn. Gayle and Karen invite friends and family to drop in to share memories and a light lunch in celebration of their lives on Dec 28 between 1-3 pm at Kilkenny Community Hall, 14910-72 street, Edmonton.
